Awaken Your Heart is the flagship immersion at the center of Healing Touch of the Heart. Three days. A small circle of seekers. A team of master facilitators. A landscape that has been a teacher to people for thousands of years.

You arrive carrying everything you've carried: the inheritance, the survival strategies, the questions you've stopped asking out loud. You leave lighter, clearer, and with a felt sense of who you actually are when nothing is in the way.

Past participants describe it as a lifetime of therapy in a long weekend. We don't disagree. But we also know what changes when you stop talking about your life and start meeting it.

    Day 1 · Arrive

    Land. Settle. Begin to slow down. Opening circle, somatic orientation, and a gentle first descent into the body and breath.

  2. 02 ·

    Day 2 · Descend

    The deepest day. Held one-to-one and in small group, you meet the wounds that have been running the show. Truth is named, grief is welcomed, and what was frozen begins to move.

  3. 03 ·

    Day 3 · Integrate

    Re-enter daylight. Practices and frameworks for the way home. Closing circle, blessing, and a one-to-one integration plan with your facilitator team.
